  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number.
  • In case of high order volumes or special product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such periods.

2. Shipping Partners & Coverage

  • We ship through trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable service across India.
  • Currently, we deliver to most PIN codes across India only. For remote or restricted areas, delivery availability may vary.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays & non-delivery

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
  • Nature Esse is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural calamities, or strikes.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability at different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers in such cases.


8. International Shipping

Return and Refund Policy

At Nature Esse, we take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products. Each product is carefully formulated and packaged with utmost care. As skincare is a personal and hygiene-related category, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and consumer safety.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. Returns are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or quantity).

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, and photos of the received item).

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • We are unable to fulfil your order due to stock issues or shipment limitations.
  • Your return is approved and the product is received by us in unused and original condition.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays in courier delivery caused by third-party logistics.

3. Replacements

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or store credit, depending on availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
